Yeast infection or herpes I’m really scared

hi i started to feel itchy about 3 days ago and now this popped up single mom of 3 boys only 25 and im so scared.

doesnt look like herpes to me, but if it changes appearance or spreads then i would be concerned

i’m not diagnosed but this looks like a skin abrasion from shaving, this happens to me. like B said in the other comment, if it blisters/breaks open or starts spreading, then get it checked out.
