3 pics two with skin spread and 1 skin in resting state i get 2-3 tiny itchy bumps evert few months or so in my perineum area they are more itchy than anything and not painful sometimes tender when i wash in the shower no issues when i pee very tiny ans usually gone in 3-5 days they show up like that
when i zoom in the top of them are shiny but nothing spreads or opens up or crusts over please help me
