I had signs of a yeast infection but I've also noticed these bumps. Could this be herpes ?
i would go and see a doc. asap so they can take a look and swab them for herpes, especially for your peace of mind. I’m not sure if they look like it or not. but I’d have them checked asap. update us when you find out.
