I had an abortion about 3 weeks ago, gynecologist told me I had a yeast infection but to not worry because it wasn't itching, or hurting. 3 weeks later, vaginal lips start hurting, I have white dots on the outside of vaginal opening. Is this STILL my yeast infection or is it something else?
