im 21 weeks pregnant, and today had some itching and discharge, i went to look down there and ive never seen my lady parts covered in… this before. is this an STD/STI or a yeast infection?

green discharge often means theres an infection of some sort get tested as soon aspossible
could be yeast!! either way you need to see your doctor.
