Any advice on whether this could be fungus like yeast infection or something else? I thought it only affected women but apparently it can affect men too.

Haven’t seen a doctor yet TBH. It doesnt look that bad but I was just worried if it could get worse or in case it’s not yeast infection. Thanks for replying!
