I am male 32 . Few days ago a yellow round sore popped on small finger in left foot. It is bumpy and finger is bit swollen. Sometime it generate burning sensation. It is really uncomfortable to walk. Maybe it is caused by shoes. But outlook is like open round sore filled with dead yellow cells. It look scary.. kindly help

I'm assuming you mean toe not finger[?] Yes,it sounds like a pressure point from shoes that are either too narrow or have something in them that is rubbing on your toe. Keep that sore washed and thoroughly dried. It sounds as though it has been neglected if it has pus in it. Are you wearing socks with those shoes? that would help a lot. Constantly wearing shoes without socks is not healthy for your feet as shoes are not easily kept clean and that may be where you picked up the infection from. go without shoes as much as poss to enable it to heal. Wear open sandals if possible or another pair of shoes . If you can put a band aid on it while it heals thats good but take it off at night and apply a clean one every day after washing your foot.
