Try doing an internet search for images of Fordyce Spots and see if they look similar.
To upload an image / photos you may need to put them onto a laptop computer or PC and manipulate the images so that they are actually smaller in physical size, then save as a jpeg, then upload or paste them if you get them on clipboard one at a time.
