ok so i have these marks , or spots or pimples. I have HS which is a skin condition that causes cysts and boils and crap . this is inside my thigh. the one on the bottom left looked like it was open a d scabbing some the other day poss from friction and today (its now top left 2nd photo) it has what looks like puss . Just a little. No itching or pain or burning. i cant remember if these have been here long. but does this look like anything then pimples? just hate this. i cant keep spending $25 copay over and over
