his there i was just wondering what you may think is the best form of yoga to do for feeling anxious and depressed and if it worked for you and if so how long yoga took to feel the benefits
It's been a while since I've done yoga as I've been having a lot of health issues with dizziness but I did beginners yoga for several years at several different intervals and I found that as it helped me physically, it also helped me mentally. If I recall, I think I really started noticing the change around a month; maybe 4-5 weeks.
I have been doing yoga since I was sixteen. I think it is great.

Yoga is always a great option for depression & its good for health too. It helps to heal life & make you feel fresh everyday.
Specially as you say, you are depressed, then you should try Yoga & possibly meditation as well. It helps you to concentrate through whole day.
