I'll try to be as brief and straight forward as possible. I had testicular torsion on my right testes in December 2017. The torsion was misdiagnosed as Orchitis and that's how I lost my right testes. 5 weeks ago I had a surgery to remove the damaged right testes and fix the left one to the scrotum so that it does not rotate (to prevent torsion). In order to make sure that my fertility was not affected, I decided to go for a semen analysis test. Here is the result Appearance: Greyish white Volume: 7.5ml PH: 8.0 sluggish: 0% Active: 0% Dead form: 0% Sperm count: Azoospermia My Urologist said I should go for 2 more tests (3 days apart) but I'm very worried of what the outcome might be. Doctors in the house please say something. I'm only 23 yrs old. I'm too young for this kind of problem
