has anyone ever had this effect where you just randomly cant breathe and your cheat has a little pressure but bot like your dying? it scares me every day and every time i go online it says could you be having a heart attack could it be heart disease which scares me even more.
those are both anxiety and heart attack symptoms not to scare you. Its best to go get all that checked out before assuming its anxiety.

yes i had all the tests done to rule out heart problems and when they came back ok, it really helped with my anxiety and panic.
it hasnt helped the dr kept saying the palps are just in my head but the have calmed down since i started ativan just not all the way gone because sometimes i get worked up out of no where and it happens like twice then i cant breathe till i ly on the floor
