I've been on Zoloft 75mg for over a year. I came down with a stomach bug a few days ago and took NyQuil cold and flu on Tuesday and again on Thursday. I'm now having side effects from my Zoloft. Almost like I just started it or upped my dose but nothing's changed. I'm still waiting to hear from my doctor but I was wondering if anyone has experienced this. Thank you
Ashley, normally all antidepressants react badly With cold medicine, I never took any medicine without doing a complete research when I was on Sertraline, I know of a person who took NyQuil while on Zolft, he ended up in the emergency room the next morning, he's fine now, from reading your post it didn't effect you, so that's good, our doctors should tell us upfront what to take and what not, that goes for food and other medicine. :-)
Thank you Dan. My doctor advised me to go to the er. I'm exhausted, sweating constantly, high anxiety. It's awful
