I was taking 50mg of Zoloft for 6 weeks and have been increased to 100mg (have been taking high dose for almost a week) please tell me this tiredness will go away! And how long before high dose kicks in!

I am on 200mg which makes me feel tired but ironically causes insomnia as one of its common side effects so I now have to take sleeping tablets to counter the insomnia...
I think it was about 6-10 weeks before I felt less tired.

I also take a sleeping aid prescribed from doctor, which is how this all came about, I thought it was from not sleeping.
