Hey guys so recently I’ve been feeling super tired and feeling like my whole body is gonna collapse I have been sleeping but not as good, I just hate the way of feeling tired. I have taken zoloft for about a month now but I started 125 mg on the 6th of this month, my anxiety has been a little bad but not as bad as it used to be, I feel dizzy and just out of it and can’t seem to remember a lot which can be a lil scary, I still get anxious a lot and I’ve been having panic attacks like the past 4 days just because every little thing I feel I start to panic over and think that it isn’t anxiety, usually after all the panic attacks I feel very very tired like I could almost fall asleep, ive been having bad days lately but when I started 125 the first week I seemed fine but this week has been awful
I just want th side effects to go away. I started zoloft on November 16th 2017 and have had quite a few increases in the dosage! How long does it take for me to feel 100% better again ?? And for these symptoms and thoughts to go away
I get so tired of feeling this way I just wish my life was better than this stupid anxiety and depression & OCD
I have been taking Lexapro for a while now like a couple of weeks. I started with half the tablet and now I take one at night. I still wake up feeling kind of jittery at times. I'm not panicking as much but I hate being alone. I am starting to feel a little more like myself but I still Google every little pain I just remember that a lot of things have already been ruled out and convince myself to remember that. It's a process and I take it a day at a time. Hopefully soon you will feel better.

Hopefully you will begin to feel settled so it all depends on ho you cope and the medications you are taking.
We all need to understand the medications help our mood and it is us that needs in many ways to help ourselves.
I suffer been tired in the morning and generally it takes me to feel more human after lunch. That is why we need to practice our coping skills like mindfulness and Breathing Techniques
