1 mg of lorazapam 2 hours ago and accidentally drank 2 beers! Help!

I on on lorazapam 1mg for anxiety up to twice a day as needed. I rarely take them, so when I did tonight, I completely forgot and a couple hours later while cleaning up supper and mopping, I drank 2 beers! Should I be worried?

I also suffer with anxiety so know where you are coming from.

If i was you I would come off the lorazepam and deal with your anxiety 

in other ways .
