Why is my period late? Im worried its pregancy but I dont feel like it would be. Taking a test tomorrow

Well i am normally late but not this late. Just dont want to be worried about being pregant. how late are you?
Same thing use to happen to me alot. I talked to my dr. about it a couple times. he said it was probably due to high levels of stress at the time or poor diet. Ive also found a few people whos personal opinions state that if you over think it and worry about being pregnant your body could start showing signs of it even if you arent.
