Hi, I'm a 23 year old who has had left sided middle and upper back pain for about 2 years. I've also had a bubbling feeling in my upper left abdomen and chest for about the same amount of time. I've been to a gastroenterologist and had an upper scope that was normal. I've also had numerous normal PA and lateral chest X-rays and blood work. Within the last month, I've had this constant lump feeling on the left side of my throat in addition to the other symptoms I've been feeling. I've convinced myself I have something terrible like a thoracic aortic aneurysm (I'm on medication for high blood pressure). I also have a history if anxiety too though. Has anyone else experienced symptoms like these that have been solely one sided?
Has GERD ever been mentioned? You can get a lump in your throat sensation with this I had it, but mine was in the middle of my throat. It may be everyone experiences it differently.
