So I am 5 weeks post of from a Laproscopic Hysterectomy. They took my utereus , cervix and tubes and left ovary. So last night I passed a dark red looking clot and in it was as it looked like a plastic clip. This morning I had cramping and went to the bathroom and passed another clot with another clip it in. Has anyone expierenced this before?
Why dont you ring the ward you were on and tell them what has happened, they are the best ones to ask and especially if they think something has been left behind after your op. Keep us posted how you go on.

I think you should contact your doctor. I haven't experienced this. I had my procedure Vaginal. A clip sounds like something was left on the inside. Do you think it's your staples or stitches?
I put a call into the dr before I posted this bit thought I would see if anyone else experience this. It could be but I'm not sure.
Hopefully your Doctor will jump on it ASAP. I'm 10 months out and i'm still experiencing a lot of pain in the abdomen. My doctor referred me out to a Specialist. I'm waiting on answers too!!

I didn't spot at all. I did have discharge because my incision was in the vagina.
