Hi I'm 7 weeks pregnant and ive had sickness, sore boobs and frequently urinating for the last 2 weeks but the last 2 days my symptoms have gone and I've had diarrhea for 2 days now. I had a miscarriage 4 months ago with no symptoms I didn't bleed or any indication untill I got scanned but I remember my symptoms disappearing with that pregnancy to. Can anyone help or give me some advice. do i ring the hospital ?
