A bit of help please

I was hoping on some help regarding my reflux issues. When I was around 26/27, I noticed my first episode of food regurgitation and chest pains. I did have a particularly bad diet (although I wasn’t overweight) which I thought was the cause of the problem and so radically changed my diet to eliminating junk food. This change definitely worked for me as I lost body fat, became stronger and actually was free of the regurgitation and chest pain to quite an extent. I was living normally. However the only issue then was that I was eating every two hours and was packing away quite a lot, although fat gain was minimal and I would say muscle growth was more. Unfortunately since the last two years, I gained weight and started experiencing chest pains, lung pains, arm pains etc because of an office job. Still I was eating every two hours and packing away a fair amount (junk food crept in!). I thought enough was enough and radically changed my diet once again. I now eat around 3-4 times a day, lamb once a week, chicken once a week and a portion of fish once a week, rest of the time I eat veg and fruit. I have also reduced portion sizes too. As a result of all this, my weight has went from 15 stones to 12 stones, chest pains are 90% gone, regurgitation of food is almost gone (I now find it extremely hard to regurgitate food). My only real problems now are that I feel food is stuck below the adams apple, on odd occasions I may regurgitate some saliva and occasionally I may get very very minor chest pains. My question really is – is there anything I should to relieve myself 100% of the problems suffered? Thanks for any help offered and sorry for the long post.

Sounds like you need a Dr to be honest, regurgitation really isn't normal or usual, I'd get that checked if you haven't already

hi ..i have this regurgitation of undigested food mixed with thick saliva...I was diagnosed with esphogitis, chronic gastritis, Barretts Esophagus (put on PPi, H2 blocker, domperidone etc etc)

2 yrs later  i still regurgitate but not as often and recently i disovered its when i eat a lot of soft foods such as rice or bread and eat it fast....i end up with  chest pain and feeeling of food stuck in throat and once i regurgitate (all without acid ...just looks like food mulch in saliva) i am comforable again.

U need to see a gastroenterlogist and get endoscopy
