The Bad

very busy day at work, short of staff, holiday and sickness, couriers bringing samples arrived late, due to holiday traffic. Culture plates read nice and early, waiting for the late specimens made me late and frazzled, dealing with sputum samples not my favourite anyway

the Good

Someone told me I was walking better than for the last few years!

finished everything without needing help

the Very Good

chocolate bar from hubby, good meal and a large Pimms

no work till Tuesday

YOU HAVE EATEN ALREADY - Good Grief that is to be celebrated. I am having lunch at around 4pm and tea at 10pm subject to my busy hubby and daughter in post A level bliss.

Yummy. 

I ask for prepacked salads and fish to try and reduce cooking time...They just start cooking later. There is a 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle on the breakfast bar that might not be helping my nutrition.... x
