I first noticed an issue on the head of my penis approximately 3 to 5 months ago. While it hasn't caused any pain or other immediate concerns, it seems to be slowly increasing in size. I'm starting to worry about what it might be and what could happen if it continues to grow, potentially reaching two or three times its current size.
The problem appears to be a fluid-filled lump under the skin, but its shape is oddly reminiscent of a vein. Not far from this lump, there's an enlarged vein on the shaft of my penis.
I've been with the same sexual partner for the past 15 years, and I'm currently 32 years old.
I've noticed that the size of this lump remains consistent regardless of whether I've recently had sex or abstained for several days, and it doesn't seem to change significantly between when my penis is flaccid and when it's erect.
I'm hoping someone on this forum might have had a similar issue or can provide some advice. I greatly appreciate any feedback. I've included some photos below for reference.

no, the color is fine. I made a photo with a flash, so that’s why it may seem too discoloured.
No, but it got a bit bigger. Now I’m sure it’s a vein under the skin of glans. Still not sure what this is an if it’s even treatable.
I have same and sure too it is vein like thing i have it at the back side of glans and also sometime it goes when i put my finger below it actually become visible more and more watery
i think my foreskin is not smooth so it caused this
i have now stopped looking at it but still get in my mind sometimes and think how to get rid of it, i thought being circumcise will let it go and i still think wyt?
