Has anyone used ALTHAEA OFFICINALIS (MARSHMALLOW) LEAF for gastritis.
Yes I do the marshmallow leaf capsules but the powder and actual leaf is much better. It coats the lining of the stomach but it can be a longer process to heal. Anything natural does takes longer but it beats the side effects of meds.
I use marshmallow root cold infusion mixed with a little Slippery elm powder before mealshe, coaTs oesophagus and absorbs extra acid.,quite nutri ousted too.
