I've had stomach pain with lower back pain for the last 3 weeks. also I feel more thirsty that usual and a feeling of general malaise. been to the doctor twice and he says there's nothing in my blood or urine that's shows any problems. I also have shakey feeling through my body. my head is wrecked at this stage. any help would be really appreciated. thanks for reading.
Were you tested for diabetes since you have been more thirsty than usual?
It was one of the things I mentioned to my doctor and he said not to be worried about diabetes. he had taken a blood test from me so I can only assume he has cancelled it out. Doc said it could be a viral infection and will have to do its course. it just feels like there's something wrong.

Has your doc taken a urine sample..i say this due to the fact you have back pain and abdominal pain also thirst...you may have a kidney or urine infection..if he hasn't carried out a urine test get one done...best wishes..
yes he has taken a urine test and said there's no infection. That's why I'm confused because I know my body and I know there is something not right. it's 3 weeks now and I'm fed up with it. thanks for your help
Have you asked about an ultrasound? Do you have any bowel habit change?
