Has anyone else been suffering with sore feet? It is especially noticeable in the morning and tends to get better as the day progresses. Sometimes it happens after I've been sitting for awhile as well. I've also noticed my legs have a heavy feeling to them like I've just run a mile.
Certainly!
YES! i have that almost daily
the soles of my feet are tender and sore as soon as i step out of bed
so odd
hi i have been battling with almost dibilitating aches in my feet/legs & knees, now my right hip is bugging me - i definately think its hormone related because some days worse than other days & it literally came on overnight - its the worst in the morning & getting up after sitting -

Yes!!! I thought it was around my period then I thought it was my shoes which I alternate.. But yes think it's the drop of estrogen..
This is why I Iove this forum. I had sore feet in the morning that got better usually in a about an hour. Usually after my shower and moving around getting ready for work. One day I woke up and it was gone. It lasted a few months.
morning. yesterday I went for an xray on my foot as I have had unexplained pain for around 11 days. nothing broken so a diagnosis of tendinitis given. Been taking pain killers but I would describe the pain as a constant dull ache with the occasional stabbing pain. pain is in my upper foot; do the rest of you lovely ladies have this in the underside of foot?? wishing us all well x
hi Cindy - i am not sure where i read this, maybe the 66 symptoms of menopause, but it does state that menopause can affect joints, tendons & muscles. i am 62 years of age and after this experience with my achy joints & tendons the last 6 months i was convinced i must have horrific osteoporosis - just had my first bone density test & all good - i feel 90 & weak boned - go figure -
No I just usually have sore bottoms--- at times it's around my period and other times not.. But I do feel 80 NOT 50... A couple weeks ago my foot was really hurting-- hurt while walking, etc.. I went to get X-rays and tendinitis was given too--the outer ankle around the tendons. It's getting better as long as I long as I stay off of it. But just trying to figure how and why I got this.. : ( I have a many shoes that I rotate everyday..
