Aching right leg

to start things off, I had a very bad previous 12 months, which resulted in me taking multiple overdoses. luckily i got help and am on medication for depression and anxiety now and feeling a lot better in myself. i had a liver test which was thankfully ok. the past few days I have had an aching feeling in my right leg only. around my inner thigh and around my knee. im a little concerned this could be a blood clot. has anybody else had this? any advice would be appreciated
