hi, ladies I would like to know have any of you ladies have problems acid reflux any of you ladies having problems with your left like somethingPinchy like pain. my left arm have pain like something pinchy. I am menopause whatever I eat I get bloating my left arm hurt. it seen like if I eat the wrong food I get restless at night and start feeling sick.
Wow!!! I woke up this morning with the same thing.. I noticed when i ate breakfast right after my shoulder/chest area began to burn a little then my arm started to hurt!! My goodness this perimenopause thing is just tooooo much, Everyday its something different!!

Yes i have lost weight as well because im almost afraid to eat!! Some foods make it worst so i kinda just nibble on things through out the day just to not jave hunger pangs! This perimenopause is a very very hard thing to deal with because everyday for me its something different!Im 46 and peri hit me like a ton of bricks after my period last month.. I have been sitting here connecting the dots as to just how long i have had symptoms and it started around 42.. But now its like the symptoms come and they come with a vengence! From none stop nausea, dizziness,achy body and just so much more its hard it really is!
hi, hun do your stomach feel bloating and always gasses my weight going up and down. I eat light breakfast and lunch I can't eat pass that. my stomach is upset with diarrhea something I have and something I don't. this hit me in 2016 and still having problems.

Well some times when i eat i feel a little nausous and i have to lay down for a while.. Perimenopause does crazy things to our hormones... How old are you and when did you start perimenopause?
hi, hun I'll be 52 on Thursday of this month perimenopause hit me in 2016. it been five year and still having problems
