This is for all the ladies out there. Does your reflux get worse just a few days before or during your period? I noticed that a few days before my cycle starts, my reflux symptoms are horrible in spite of the diet. And then during the time, I actually have almost no relfux. Any similar experiences?
Yes I have this exactly period time hits and wham reflux is hell !! I had a 4 week period in April after surgery an was the worse reflux I have ever experienced it's only just settling now and I am due again I dread it my sister is the same worse around monthly it's horrendous I researched it any many women say the same
Yes mine does very much so and also during ovulation. Its to do with the change in estrogen levels apparently. I was wondering whether there was some natural product I could take to even out my hormone levels but haven't started looking onto yet
I have acid reflux diagnoised on monday and tonil infection. I also have dry mouth swollen neck glands and b12 deficiency.. and pre menopause.

my daughter suffers from premenstral gerd even though she is on depo contraception. How do you get through it, shes on her 4th day of being sick and making herself sick to get relief. Hasn’t eaten just sipping water. we’ve given her dialyte, but may have to take her to A&E tomorrow
