Advice on Fluvoxamine Maleate (Luvox)

Hi there,

I have been on Luvox for around 4 months now to treat my OCPD and depression. Initially, I started on 100mg/per day, then on the second month I went up to 200mg/per day. My Doc further increased the dose to 300mg/per day 4 days ago however I started feeling a bit off and anxious today and am wondering if this is happening because my system is adjusting to the new dosage? Has anyone felt similarly? I don't remember having similar symptoms when i upped the dosage from  100mg to 200mg. Any advice? How long do you normally wait to see an improvement in mood? I know that for ocd and ocpd it takes much longer than on depression, something like 10-12 weeks to begin with.

You will need to give the revised dose about 1 or 2 weeks to feel better. Give the drug time tow work

Thanks Bob, I will give the medicine more time and will try to occupy my brain with other stuff instead of thinking that I am unwell again.
