I fractured my lower back and the pain is really bad I am on Tramodol and ibuprofen but i am trying to find. The doctor said it was in the sacrio-iliac and was looking for a sacrio-iliac or lower lumbar support belt but there are so many can someone give me some advice on other treatments or aids that can help the pain
I found TENS machine ,ultrasound & acupuncture cupping helpful for spasm Then I had injections .Everyone is different .There are 2 types of pain physical & neurological. Or both?!
