Alcohol induced haze

Hello beautiful people, unfortunately im back after 4 months of being anxiety free (nearly) ..

Last night my whole family gathered together for a BBQ to enjoy the good weather and we all decided to have a few drinks. Now normally i can drink go to bed get up and go the next morning, if I've been drinking cider. Last night i drank beer.

This isn't the first time that beer has caused anxiety .but i woke up this morning not feeling real, i also felt very light like when i walked i was actually floating .. The tremors are also strong and im seeing black spots in my eyes and flashes of light (I've been to a few optometrists and they've all said im ok) but the flashes of light are making me more nervous and jumpy. Its like the hangover from hell but i never get like this with cider or wine, just beer.

Please tell me im not the only one who this happens to and can someone please help me convince myself that i in fact just have a bad hangover and not a brain tumour.

Gotta love anxietys way of making you over react over probably nothing

I get similar symptoms after alcohol usually lager.

I don't think you should worry because when your body has fully recovered from this active stress response, the eye problem should resolve and return to normal - bad hangover or not!

not very used to beer yet then. It's just a hangover.
