I have been peri for the last year with hot flushes during the day and night sweats..I have noticed that even the odd glass of wine makes these much worse..I'm not on HRT ..Anyone else notice this ?
I am 50. I cannot even touch alcohol because it causes severe tachycardia. It would cause hot flashes worse as well..

Yes especially red wine but it didnt last! But ayear and half into menopause the odd cup of tea or coffee can still bring on abit of a flush! X
