Hi ive been on nexplanon over a year now. I know its normal to have irregular periods and nausea in the morning but I just recently got off a period and I am having really bad hunger pains and I feel tired which is normal as well but I dont know on the hunger pains. Ive been hungry more than usual. I know it can change appetite but these hunger pangs are intense. I cant get a pregnacy test without someone finding out. And my stomach has been randomly hurting even when its not hunger, its not as bad as the hunger, more like a dull ache. Please help. I haven’t had you know what since before the week long period as far as I know. The hunger pains started a couple days or so after the period which wasnt long ago

Why can t you get a home pregnancy test from the drugstore? How will anyone find out about that?
