Am I the youngest man in the world with BPH?

I'm 24 I have the excact same problem. It started about two years ago. I started waking up 2-3 times a night to urinate but it got progressively worse. The doctor told me not to drink coffee which is tough but I succeeded for a little while however the pain still kept me up which made me tired the next day so I wound up drinking coffee anyhow. I just started generic flomax which seems to help. I am waiting on my third appointment with my urologist and I was about to accuse him of dragging his feet but after reading this I suspect he doesn't even know what to do and my condition might just be a fact of life now. I have had the same sexual difficulty and my frustration and depression due to lack of quality sleep, dry orgasms(thanks to medication), and constant glandache has peeked recently. Glad to know there are others out there suffering.

Hi Max,

Do you have a diagnosis? Prostatitis? BPH? Overactive Bladder Syndrome?

Are you seeing a urologist? If not, you should. If you are, maybe a second opinion is in order due to lack of progress.

Meanwhile, switching from Flomax to Daily 5mg Cialis should take care of your dry orgasms while providing the same benefits.

I have a client who went to a knowledgeable prostate doctor, and found that he was born with a larger than normal prostate which gets in the way. He's lived with it for 50 years. Now older, he has to take extra measures to keep inflammation down, and nutrients up. I recommend you find a dr who is familiar with this type of condition to test you and find the size of your prostate.

How could he tell it was enlarged since birth?

Have your testosterone levels checked.
