my blood pressure was 141/81 & my gp put me Amlodpine , i feel sick bad headache acid indigestion but most if all my BP has risen & not lowered , any one else had this as i feel awful on them & font want to take them anymore .

Yes. I had been taking amlodpine for about a year at 5mg. My new doc upped it and now my bp reads worse than before. I woke up one day this week to headache, shortness of breathe, and chest pain. I went back to the lower dose immediately.
I read a comment on another site. Guy was in England, I think. Amlodpine is banned in the Netherlands.
