I am a man, 34 years old. I had unprotected sex with a woman on May of 2022 (regular and anal) about 8 months ago. I was not the receiver. Of the symptoms below, I still have some penile burning, randomly, lasts a day or two. And my biggest problem, the anal discharge. The anal discharge is constant, and can cause some feces to leek out, making my anus burn, itch and irritate. This is only exacerbated in the hot days or if I move around a lot. Three days after the encounter I had the following symptoms: * penile discharge (clear) * penile burning both during urinating and not * tingling in testicles * moist anus * abdominal pain In the fourth day after the encounter, I went to the Dr. and was prescribed a round of antibiotics, including a shot of Azithromycin. I also took a test for Gonorrhea & Chlamydia (Negative). Initially, the symptoms cleared up completely for about two days after the shot. I continued finishing the round of antibiotics but the symptoms crept back up after the third day of been given the treatment. The day after taking the Azithromycin I had a massive anal discharge of clear fluid mixed with feces. The anal discharge went down in quantity after this for some time. Symptoms lingered though not as bad as the first days. I waited a month and went to the Urologist. He gave me another shot of Azithromycin and another round of antibiotics. I also took another STD test (HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Herpes) and again it was negative. This treatment helped me quite a bit but the symptoms were still there though not as frequent or serious. Except for the anal discharge. This continued and got way worse. In addition to anal discharge I felt bloated and constipated. The constipation only made the discharge worse. The discharge was way worse in the summer or when I moved around. I had STD testing done (HIV, Herpes 1 & 2, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Trichomoniasis, Hepatitis A & B & C) for all the diseases in parentheses, in these dates: * 07/27/22 * 09/20/22 * 11/28/22 I was negative for all the tests in all of the different dates of testing. Now we are in January and I still have constant anal discharge and some sporadic penile burning. I have been to 3 different Urologists, have had my urine and semen analyzed . Infection was ruled out. I was referred to a Colo rectal Surgeon, this specialist performed an anoscopy and a colonoscopy. No cancers or polyps found but could not pinpoint cause of the anal discharge. I also had my stool analyzed, no infection, no parasites, nothing out of order. I am in despair as this discharge makes my life unbearable. My life has changed, I don't go out anymore, I can't do much of physical activities like before. Doing so will make the discharge worse and then irritates my bum so much that there is pain and can cause some bleeding on the anal surface. I have not had sex since that encounter as I fear I might accidentally (as I contracted whatever I contracted accidentally, condom broke) infect someone. I wanted to reach out to someone, anyone that has an experience dealing something like this or knows what might be going on with me. I am not so hopeful anymore. It's starting to take a toll on me. I'm not proud to say I've cried because of it. I hope I can find some help. Thanks in advance.
