Anal warts?

Had these lumps apear around my anus and think i have anal warts.

Anyone comfirm them for me or tell me what it could be.

Those do look like warts I'm afraid.  I'd definitely get them checked out if I were you.

You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

it can be hpv, so need to get this checked with a doctor?

Those are warts for sure. I was going to say maybe a skin tag, but it isn't likely because they dont tend to cluster, warts do. A skin doctor can freeze them off. hey are really easy to spread so limit contact with them.
