Oi. Fiz uma artroplastia total de joelho há quase um ano e estou indo muito bem, mas percebo que quando vou à academia ou faço uma caminhada longa, o tornozelo da mesma perna incha e demora um pouco para desinchar. Outras pessoas já tiveram o mesmo problema? Obrigado

I had a PKR one year ago. When I walk too aggressively and/or am too aggressive at the gym with certain things(mind you all this is nothing compared to what I used to do so I have toned down alot, including no more running) my operated knee will swell at times or just has the sensation that I have done too much.
I just think , as much as I believe it shouldn't be this way, that we have to be careful with activities. I sure you are thinking that you went through all that and still having issues. I feel same way!
Anyway hope someone else will have other help/advice. Ice, Ice , Ice , still my best friend!

I'm 10 months out I understand I get pain swelling and tightness and I have to get the other one done August 28 thirst a joke it's hard but I want to enjoy my life I'm 52and I just want to enjoy my grandson I have 2 they are my joy
