Hi! I’ve done some research and these might just be VP, but they’ve been bleeding, sometimes they’re coated with something yellow but when I wash it off its flesh colored. and there’s like a pimple in the inside, right in my vaginal opening. I’ll include photos. please help 
it’s been itching a bit, but I also have no unusual discharge. the last time I had sex was about a week and a half ago and we used protection but I understand that it still might be possible. should I be worried??
