have anxiety had a blood test done today needle went in only twice in arm once in hand but below where the needle went in there is a bigger dot might that be blood clot or internal bleeding or a normal imageimage

probably just a blown vein. bruising is common believe it or not. i had a huge bruise for like 3 days from a blown vein.

Just looks like a bruise. Ive had at least 50 blood tests in the last 11 years and even blew out a vein once. It could also be a bruise from pulling the plaster off.

i had a blown vein after the hospital pull blood from me and i had a hole like that, that spot was swollen,i thought it was blood, after couple hrs my hand started to bruise bad, it took a week for the bruise and pain to go away, i was scared but i stop paying attention to it, the said they hit a wrong vein or something like that

you are fine. A blown out vein is just when the vein leaks a little blood . it happens all the time when people have blood drawn and it’s nothing serious.

asked the pharmacist and they its fine

I sometimes get what looks like a bruise after giving blood. Yours looks fine.
