Blip?
So I’ve been on sertraline 9 years altogether for GAD had 2 previous blips 1 in 2019 from trying to taper and another in 2024 from a bad dream. (Have another post on this)
My anxiety is so bad atm caused by scraping lead based paint which I didn’t realise it was u til after I finished. spoke to the gp who said its all fine and I’ll be fine.
Since I realised my anxiety has been so bad like it was before, I’ve been fine for such a good amount of time. Does this sound like a blip due to what’s happened? I just want to feel myself again 
been a week since this and I’ve lost appetite although eating bits and just need the anxiety to go. Anyone gone through similar?
