Hey Jess, ugh ik exactly how you feel. I have gastro problems so I get pains in my chest and stomach and it hurts so bad and with the anxiety I think the worst of it. Right now I have chest pains and it's most likely due to gas or acid reflux but with anxiety my mind is making me think all sorts of things.
