Start of week 6 taking 10mgs cit,feel like I'm on a roller coaster at the moment starting to have good days then low & behold I go back to feeling like S... I have supportive friends & family around me but still feel lonely & isolated .MORNINGS BY FAR STILL WORSEbut as the day goes on it does get a bit easier (strange)

i know what you mean. Mornings are bad for me as well. Roller coaster I can certainly identify with. Like you I have supportive family and friends, just not able to engage.

i started on 25 mg in April for two weeks. Upped to 50 mg for toe weeks and started on 75 mg on May 1st. Have never had good days. It's been a roller coaster ride. I keep hanging in there because I have heard it takes about 3 months to level out. I feel pretty hopeless right now.

They are pushing us to find the solution ourselves. They are hopeless. Medication is good if anxiety and depression go away after a period of time otherwise, they are only supressing the real issue. I've besically given up on doctors, and have started reading books of doctors in this field that either I've no access to them or they're dead.
