Hello everyone I have upped my dosage to 10mg of celexa and been on it for a week and a half now and ive been feeling constantly sick all the time like I could get sick is that normal? and when will it go away ?
these medications can take sometimes 4 to 6 weeks to take affect. Everybody’s different some will be sooner than that. When you say you feel sick what do you mean? Nausea? Headache? Tiredness? You can always contact your doctor or pharmacist if you have questions about your medication. But just remember the positive affects don’t happen right away. You have to hang in there.
I feel super nauseous like I could get sick if I wanted to but I just go about my day like I normally would and I dont feel like myself like im on edge but think its just the medicine

ive been on and off of celexa recently I weaned off for 6 weeks and felt good but my mood was always irritable so I got back on them 5mg and wasnt helping so now ive been on 10mg and its like im numb idk guess ill just have to let my body get used to it

I just had a bad mood all the time and would be anxious I used to have panic attacks but they went away so I weaned off because I thought it was just the aide effects of the medicine but apparently it wasnt because I was off for almost 2 months. I just didnt like the negative attitude all the time so I got back on I think its just side effects what im going thru right now
