Anxiety facts

I know that I have posted on here quite frequently, but I just have some questions, does the after effects of panic/anxiety attack last for months? (physical symptoms, mentally symptoms) I noticed in myself my vision is now going and I get LOTS of physical symptoms ever since my episodes in January, I'm not the same and I'm only 21

yes the after affects of anxiety or panic can last quite some time. It can be months or less. But the main thing you want to do is not overreact to the symptoms because then your anxiety or panic is more likely to return. Once I found out my symptoms were due to anxiety, I basically ignored them if they came back, because I knew they were not harmful. The less attention i paid to them, the less they would show up.
my anxiety started over 30 years ago and to this day if I’m a little anxious about something, I might get a symptom such as a muscle twitch here or there or another anxiety symptom. it doesn’t really matter anymore.
Remember that the physical symptoms themselves are not dangerous. They are brought on by the anxiety. The real issue is the unmanaged anxiety and stress that causes the symptoms. So the main thing is to learn how to manage anxiety. that may include getting some counseling, listening to anxiety meditations on YouTube, doing things to relax your mind etc. you’re going to be OK just take one day at a time.
