used diazepam for this constant feeling always under 10mg day. dr suggested trazodone as now depressed. is anyone using this med and can report?

I was on 5mg Diazepam then Trazodone too for chronic Anxiety and Depression last year.
Trazodone was the only med that really worked for me along side Diazepam as required.
Was a winning combination for me, after I tapered off I have been medication free all this year and manage my Anxiety with Meditation and mindfulness.

I take trazodone to help me sleep and it is good for that. I am not sure whether it helps with my anxiety which starts every morning when I wake. It sometimes clears quite quickly and sometimes lingers all day.
since taking trazodone i cannot get to sleep till after 1am and wake feeling ive nOT been to bed. is this normal? What do you use for anxiety?
thats good you have found your combination. i know trazodosne is meant to make you sleep but i am more wakeful till early hours. does it take a while to work. also waking with sore throat with it. still using diazepam for anxiety. will it take some time for this to work?
