Hi guys, Ive been suffering from bad leg pains on the left side of my body. It makes my whole left side hurt, and uncomfortable, it makes my hands cramp and my back hurt very much. Does this sound like a pinched nerve? It's been about a month
it could be a pinched nerve but the only way to find out what’s going on is to have a check up with your doctor. They can run tests . anyone on here would just be guessing. Take care
hi,
I’m same for 8 weeks, both legs and lower back, ct scan and mri show no abnormality but I feel so ill constant pain, waiting for colonoscopy in few weeks hopefully, wish the pain would stop. have you tried solpadine it helps numb it down a bit.
You might need magnesium, something we anxiety sufferers lack the most. I use to jump out of my sleep in massive pain.. Magnesium is the key, I take Calm, it’s a magnesium supplement. Trust me you will see the difference. Pinch nerve is a possibility, but magnesium would not hurt you either way if anything it will calm your nerves.
Hi Marissa, K is right it can be a Magnesium deficiency if you are talking about cramping pain, esp. in so many different areas…LOWER back pain can cause leg pain(or legs can hurt separately) but, your hands would have to be from a pinched nerve in MID-UPPER back(or arms themselves), having said that, you need some professional intervention, probably some xrays and bloodwork…so it cannot hurt to try the Magnesium by standard RDA for your age and see if it helps, I would avoid workouts(walking, stretching, yoga, swimming are okay) other things are light massage and heat, ask your DR if anti-inflammatories are worth a try or not(use with food to avoid stomach issues)… of course this is just until you see your DR to get some relief, then they can come up with a treatment plan, maybe physio & etc.. Good Luck & BEST WISHES:wedding:![]()
