Anxiety head symptoms

This happens all the time, but for some reason it’s been happening alot, almost constantly and I just need some reassurance. I have really bad headpressure and spacey, foggy feeling in my head. I’m pretty okay as long as im sitting but as soon as i stand i immediately get lightheaded like a rush to my head and my legs get wobbly

yes those symptoms are very common with anxiety and stress. I have had them on and off and even constantly for a very long time. head pressure, weakness, lightheadedness, dizziness, and many more.
I don’t worry about it at all anymore but what I do is do things to relax especially my mind and the symptoms will either minimize or go away.
but I always recommend visiting your doctor for a check up for your peace of mind.
you Do you want to think about visiting a counselor to help you find out what’s causing this anxiety. It always helps to talk to somebody who can help you. Also go to YouTube and listen to some great meditations for anxiety especially when laying down to sleep. They really help me a lot!
