Anxiety, heart problem, or something else.

-31 year old male here.

-For the past couple of months I’ve had left shoulder/arm numbness & weakness feeling. Recently I started having random sharp chest pains on my left side. Went to cardiologist and performed all the test. The stress test picked up on a small abnormality which prompted him to perform an angiogram. Angiogram was clear and he said that my heart was good. He even asked after the procedure if I’m a stressful person..

-I am still having left shoulder/arm pain and also sharp chest pains. Any ideas? Should I worry? When I have the pains they seem to strike fear and stress me out.

-I also should note I’ve been having some gallbladder issues for the past 8 or so months. It was confirmed to be low functioning, however I don’t have any heartburn that I could relate to possibly be causing this pain.

Guess I’m wondering if these symptoms could really be stress/anxiety like a lot of the doctors think...feel like it’s making me depressed since I can’t seem to get better.

Ask for mri scan as I have had problems with my left arm weakness and numbness can't work on computer long been told I have a trapped nerve in my neck that is causing the weakness to rule anything out I'm awaiting an appointment with a neuro surgeon to see if anything can be done.

Are you on any medication if so they can also look at that.
